I asked them to cancel my subscription…
I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money because their contacts don’t work for me. They give me double vision. I tried canceling before they charged me but they make it hard to cancel. They also never sent out a warning that I was going to be charged. I tried cancelling back in September of 2022 and January of 2023 they charge me. They refused to cancel the order and refund me even though I made it clear their contacts don’t work and that I didn’t want them.

I paid for the trail of these lenses but Waldo automatically signed me up to a recurring $120 charge, which was not made clear beforehand, and which I couldn’t cancel online.

I get how they understood about trying…
I get how they understood about trying a free sample from them first.Then giving you time to even months to whenever you have the money available to pay them for a set of the eye contact. Which is a good deal because I’ve tried several ones and always gave me an inch in my eyes but not this . I will totally recommend to other .

Communications about my prescription…
Communications about my prescription delivery or lack there of would be great. I run out of lens because I am not getting monthly deliveries. I had to call to find out there is a shortage. I need to make other arrangements if I don’t have a new shipment coming. Waldo doesn’t get to keep someone’s business just because. I NEED my lens. I cannot drive without them. Please tell me when you don’t have my lens so I can get them from someone that has them!! The date of experience was all of last year.

I have been charged for multiple orders, but never received. Your inability to maintain inventory forced me to find another supplier and I'm very happy with their quality, delivery performance, and price.

Appalling customer service, the worst I've ever experienced. Cancelled my subscription as the lenses were so uncomfortable and received an email from them to confirm this cancellation. However, suddenly found that they were continuing to deduct money from my account and almost a year later, I'm still chasing them for a refund. They are trying to blame the situation on me despite my emails being so clear/concise and efficient.

Shipping label reads a completely different address from the address I put in the system. USPS eventually got the package to me with a warning that using the incorrect address will get the product sent back!
